Loan Arrangement

We offer loan arrangement services for all forms of loan and for all credit risk categories.
If you have County Court Judgements, defaults or other bad credit history, this need not be a barrier to a loan. Naturally, the interest rates will be a little higher than for a top credit risk client but you may be surprised how reasonable the rates and terms can be.

Loans can be arranged for any purpose and are much easier to obtain if backed by property. Again, the risk will be reflected in the interest rate and in the arrangement fees.

Unsecured loans are very difficult to obtain if you have a poor credit history, but if you have a proven regular income and can demonstrate ability to repay, we can often help.

You may see advertisements for adverse credit history loans at attractive rates, but these can be misleading and once you give your details you may find that you are paying more than you thought.

We do not pretend that obtaining loans with a bad credit history is easy or cheap, we merely say we can do it for you. We do not try to mislead you and we do charge you for the service.
